Michael Voevodsky

President & CEO

Mr. Voevodsky brings extensive executive experience in disruptive technology development companies.  Prior to joining MitoChem, he was co-founder and CEO of Salutaris Medical Devices, a venture capital funded medical device company developing a breakthrough one-time therapy for neovascular AMD.  Before Salutaris, he was Vice President of Marketing for Matrixx Initiatives, a publicly traded pharmaceutical company, prior to which he was a Director at Perrigo company responsible for the Rx-to-OTC business.   Mr. Voevodsky has successfully built and lead development teams and programs, as well as business development, licensing and financing activities in private and public companies.   He currently advises for The University of Arizona’s Tech Launch Arizona on promising life science and physical science technologies. He holds over 25 US and international patents in the field of ophthalmology.   Mr. Voevodsky received a BS in Business Administration with distinction from The University of Arizona, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
